Processing all incoming contracts and other paperwork for the company
Filling out applications for Renewable Energy Credits and Grants, and tracking a systems progress through these steps
This job involves regular and recurring work situations of moderate to intense levels of complexity

The individual in this position must have excellent customer service skills with a high level of patience in dealing with high volume of documents
Must also be extremely detail-oriented
This position operates from specific guidelines and directions; the individual will receive a moderate level of supervision

Have a high school diploma

One more thing…you’ll be required to submit to a criminal history check, drug screening, and obtain clearance from the state based upon the state requirements.

Primary Duties:

Take incoming calls from potential Aimco customers or current tenants at Aimco properties across the United States
Work with all Aimco communities in the United States
Build relationships with internal and external customers
Schedule onsite appointments
Provide exceptional customer service
Promote products and services with minimal selling
Train on our computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
At least 1 year prior work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 45 wpm (proven by a typing test, adjusted for errors)
Familiarity with computers
Required to work 15-40 hours per week, 3 hours is the minimum per day
Schedule must include 1 weekend shift per week and at least 1 hour of a rush period per weekday shift. Rush period is classified as Monday – Friday 4:30pm-7pm
