Job Details and Additional Qualifications:

**Minimum experience of 2 years as a corporate/business travel agent.
**Experience with managing queues and email boxes.
**Must be creative, solutions-oriented and pride yourself on providing premier level service.

**Fluent in English (bilingual in other foreign language is a huge plus!)
**Experience or ability to troubleshoot customer enquires via email and chat messages
