Home Based Sales Specialist for The Hertz Corporation in Mobile, AL
Some responsibilities include:
Ensure a positive Hertz customer experience by:
**Efficiently handling the phone calls to generate sales for you and Hertz
**Answering customer questions accurately regarding Hertz rates and services
**Overcoming objections and booking customer reservations.
**Utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities with Hertz customers.
**Contribute to center productivity by maintaining acceptable attendance, remaining signed in and being available to take calls.
**Must be flexible to work any shift including days, evenings, weekends and holidays !REQUIRED: Must have an internet connection that will deliver 15Mbs download speed
Skills/Experience:
**Prior Sales experience preferably in a call center environment
**Exhibit a passion for obtaining the sale
**Excellent customer service skills along with excellent oral communication skills
**Dedicated home office environment to enable distraction-free work
**Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
**Must be able to type 25 wpm and have basic computer application skills
