Remote Customer Support Rep – (Travel Startup) open to all US candidates

Some responsibilities include:
**Fluent in English (bilingual in other foreign language is a huge plus!)
**Experience or ability to troubleshoot customer enquires via email and chat messages
**Customer service focus and passion for support
**Ability to multi-task, experience working with multiple customers simultaneously a plus
**Strong organization skills
**Strong and effective written communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to your audience
**Discipline to work remotely from home
**Flexibility to work between the hours of 5am to 1am PST including weekends, with the possibility to assist email and chat channels of support as business needs dictate in the future
**Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
**Experience with ZenDesk, FreshDesk (Customer Relationship Management) software is a HUGE plus
**Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and criminal background check
**Successful completion of initial training
