Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Youth Market Online Specialist include:
- Email Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage online fundraising campaigns, including events like Jump Rope For Heart, Hoops For Heart, and The Great Replay. This involves sending hundreds of templated emails daily to registered participants, ensuring timely delivery.
- Administrative Support: Provide online support to assist a team of 7-10 people in raising donations. This includes managing communications with participants and volunteers through extensive email campaigns using Kintera software.
- Data Management: Organize and manage large Excel spreadsheets, keeping track of multiple data sets. The specialist will need to review and update these spreadsheets regularly.
- Team Coordination: Respond to and act on emails from a team of 7-10 members, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring quick turnaround times for projects.
- Backup Support: Serve as a backup to conduct “Heart Healthy Presentation” assemblies at schools if necessary.
