Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Technical Specifications: Develop comprehensive functional requirements and technical specifications, including project and test planning.
- Software Application Development: Design, develop, test, and implement configuration changes, project prototypes, proofs of concept, and client demonstrations.
- Design and Code Review: Oversee the design and code output from the development team, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with various technical and functional groups within Capco, particularly in Energy Solutions.
- Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel up to 50%.
Basic Qualifications
- Leadership and Mentorship: Experience in leading and mentoring a small team.
- Project Management: Basic project management skills, including estimation and tracking.
