As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
  • Ability to navigate multiple PC screens and systems simultaneously

Commitment

Candidates must complete mandatory training. Choose from the following options:

  1. Oct 31 – Dec 2: Monday – Friday, 4 pm – 9 pm
  2. Nov 7 – Dec 2: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3 pm
  3. Nov 14 – Dec 9: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 3 pm
