Some responsibilities include:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls, or fulfillment products and any additional products added to the Mesa Call Center
Provide call completion and/or alternate solutions for the caller
Deal with all customer calls in a courteous and business-like fashion
Provide excellent, quality customer service and do everything possible to resolve matter to caller satisfaction, within client guidelines
Complete paperwork on exceptions and other situations as necessary
Other duties as assigned

Work from Home Requirements:

– Must currently reside in the Phoenix metropolitan area
– Provide pictures of a workspace that is free from interruptions, outside noise and distractions
– Have an Internet speed of at least 10 mbps download and 5 mbps uploads
– Must provide a copy of the speed test of your internet from
– Have a separate, analog phone line (Century Link) that has no call waiting or added features
– Must have basic troubleshooting skills for internet /phone outages
– Must agree to reside at your current address for at least 6 months
– Must attend regularly scheduled video conferences for team meetings and one on one coaching
– Training hours will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday for 4 weeks
– Must possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
– Must be flexible and able to work a varying schedule. Basic computer skills a must
– Must have a high school diploma, GED equivalent or be able to obtain one in 6 months
– Six months of customer service experience, Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
