Customer Service Representative for Tespo in Ann Arbor, MI

Responsibilities:
The Individual would be responsible for customer service for a consumer product that is early in the market. Minimum 7 years experience.
– Management of email requests and comments from existing and potential customers
– Managing social chat and social media interaction
– Managing and modifying customer accounts and orders online and via phone
– Assisting with customer returns and exchanges
– Ongoing interaction with fulfillment would be necessary
Customer empathy is a must!Hours are Monday – Friday 5:30pm to 11:00 pm with some weekend hours between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
This is primarily a work from home position. However, reliable transportation is a must as you will be required to work one possibly two days a week at our home office in Northville, MI.
