Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer service representative to act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face.
This position’s main goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
– Resolve customer complaints via email, phone or social media.
– Assist with placement of orders, refunds, cancellations and warranties.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, high level of integrity, strong work ethics, responsible, detail oriented, self-motivated, energetic, and have the ability to work as a team player.
Typing Speed: 70 WPM MUST be able to work Monday/Wednesday and willing to work at home during weekend.
