Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, Economics, Mathematics preferred, Clinical/Current Medical Coding and/or Public Health training a plus or commensurate experience
Financial/Clinical Experience (2-5 years minimum) in the managed care industry or Public Health Care; clinical/medical coding knowledge and experience
Demonstrated excellence in leadership ability to engage and motivate in a high performance culture
Strategic thinker with both sound and broad business acumen
Experience working successfully in a matrix environment
Change leader who will be proactive in assisting in positive growth for the future
Knowledge of both the PPO and managed care environments, including product offerings, competitor offerings and healthcare provider value based reimbursement programs helpful
Experience in Microsoft Suite with intermediary to advanced knowledge of SAS, TOAD and SQL

Description:
U-Haul’s Rates & Distribution department is looking for a Rate Monitor to gather competitor rates from public websites for specific cities and enter them into a proprietary U-Haul application for the benefit of the Rate Analysts. This is a work from home position and applicants must have a personal computer and high-speed internet connection to be eligible. Assignments will be downloaded weekly via this application and are required to be completed within the designated time frames for the week. Training will be conducted in the Towers and upon successful completion of the training, the applicant will work from home except for one shift (4-6 hours) per week, which will be in the Corporate office making live monitor calls to the competition. Ability to work one shift per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) is required. Currently, that day is Thursday for the required shift but this day is flexible.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is accurate and pays attention to detail. Experience with basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Candidates must be able to travel to the Corporate office weekly.

Qualifications

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

THE ROLE

Your clients will tell you their wardrobe needs and you’ll send them a personalized selection every month with the help of our custom-built online styling platform. You’ll work from home and make your own hours but you must be able to sign in Monday through Friday (approximately one hour) to maintain consistent correspondence with your clients.
YOU WILL

Style clients by selecting the best items for each individual using our online styling platform and providing styling advice
Respond to client feedback and inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday
Review the client’s past shipment history, style preferences and social media accounts to choose the best items from Bombfell’s inventory for each client
Carefully review all client requests and accommodate clients to the best of your ability
Build rapport with clients by writing genuine, friendly and professional messages to clients
Partner with our Customer Experience team to help resolve client issues in a timely manner
Submit bi-weekly schedule in advance via our styling platform and follow through on times committed
Respond to all work emails with Bombfell staff within 24 hours, Monday through Friday
Touch base with your manager over the phone on a weekly basis
Provide feedback regarding the online styling platform, company software, assortment of inventory and common client requests to our Styling Team Management
Receive quarterly reviews in the Bombfell Office to assess performance, progress and personal goals

REQUIREMENTS

Must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
Four-year degree
At least 1-2 years of previous fashion experience
Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Must own laptop or computer in good working condition, in addition to a mouse and access to a reliable and consistent internet connection while working from home
Be available to attend a mandatory 2 day training at Bombfell’s HQ in midtown Manhattan
