U-Haul’s Rates & Distribution department is looking for a Rate Monitor to gather competitor rates from public websites for specific cities and enter them into a proprietary U-Haul application for the benefit of the Rate Analysts. This is a work from home position and applicants must have a personal computer and high-speed internet connection to be eligible. Assignments will be downloaded weekly via this application and are required to be completed within the designated time frames for the week. Training will be conducted in the Towers and upon successful completion of the training, the applicant will work from home except for one shift (4-6 hours) per week, which will be in the Corporate office making live monitor calls to the competition. Ability to work one shift per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) is required. Currently, that day is Thursday for the required shift but this day is flexible.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is accurate and pays attention to detail. Experience with basic Microsoft Excel spreadsheets is a plus but not required.
Candidates must be able to travel to the Corporate office weekly.
