As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working to support clients with their accounts. * Process reservations by email and telephone calls. * Creates and maintains reservations through Meeting Planner Database. * Review all scheduled and unscheduled reservations with Clients. * Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout. * Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed and required. * Makes sure that all files are kept up to date, i.e. Email, LCD Request, Video-Conference Request, etc. * Maintains a clean and neat appearance and work area at all times. * Create tickets for Rooms that require setup. * Able to effectively communicate at all levels. * Knows the capacity of each room and setup options for each room. * Attention to Detail: Accuracy counts. * Review and understand the Do Not Call or Transfer List. * Transfer Calls using software system * Look up information using software system * Knows the appropriate departments within the system where callscan be transferred to
