Call Center Sales Ambassador for IMG LIVE in United States
Some responsibilities include:
-Energetic individual with the ability to motivate a team to top performance.
-Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication, and presentational skills.
-Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication.
-Confidence in speaking to international clients from different cultures.
-Work non-traditional business hours a minimum of once a week, to support call centers across the globe.
-Creativity to think outside the box and design new ways to incent and educate call center representatives.
-Strong business acumen to identify weaknesses within team performance and propose solutions to the team’s sales and education needs.
-Knowledge of creative educational and training techniques.
-Strong leadership skills
-Ability to build rapport quickly and motivate individuals to meet specific goals.
-Strong computer skills. Proficiency in all Microsoft -Office products.
-Demonstrated ability to assess individual and departmental needs and execute effective strategies to address those needs.
-Strong organizational skills including time management, documentation, and attention to detail.
-Experience working within a virtual environment with clients who work from home.
-Experience delivering virtual presentations via PowerPoint is a plus.
-Prior call center or customer care experience a plus.
