Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will provide administrative support to the Regional Directors and his/her direct reports. Effectively handles a wide range of administrative responsibilities, meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Screens, prioritizes and responds to high volume of calls and e-mail correspondence, fielding both routine and non-routine questions. Appropriately escalates items requiring management intervention.
. Schedules and manages heavy meeting calendar, requiring interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
. Coordinates diverse administrative projects, ensuring quality and timely results.
. Composes executive correspondence. Prepares presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
. Prepares, reviews and processes expense reports.
. Manages and maintains department files.
. Provides support to ACES Scheduling Applications.
. Coordinates Preceptor Training Schedules to include Travel.
. Updates SharePoint Sites.
. Coordinates the On-Boarding processes to include coordinating the new providers’ and preceptors’ schedules.
. Maintains the NP Profiles within the internal systems, shared sites and ACES.
. Collects and distributes “Recognition” Program submissions.
. Collects and distributes Provider Feedback Forms.
. Collects and distributes Care Management Referrals in accordance with standard company practices.

Bookkeeper – QuickBooks / Administrative Assistant for Comfort Keepers in Ventura County, CA

Bookkeeping
Reconcile of bank accounts and credit cards, using QuickBooks
Accounts Receivable and Payable, using QuickBooks
Generate and send invoices and statements to clients on a regular basis

Responsible for payroll

Provides financial reports to manager and to outside CPA firm.
