**Answering a high volume of inbound calls
**Working in our customer relationship management system to coordinate installation issues and scheduling
**Meeting customer demands while maintain positive customer service for our 32 offices
**Using knowledge and judgment to resolve problems customers are experiencing
**Taking the appropriate action to resolve customer issues in a timely and friendly manner
**Informing customer / installer of any changes or issues with a work order
**Scheduling installations with customers
