Professional and Personal Assistant for Greentree Holdings – Smyrna, GA
Some responsibilities include:
Job length: Approximately 14 weeks – Approximately May 16 – August 12th (approximately 35 hours per week)
Pay: $15 per hour
Position may turn into part time position after August 12th depending on performance and budget availability**Discretion: nothing shared by or on behalf of the CEO with you should be shared
** Strong ability to handle CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION with DISCRETION
** Constantly seeking to reduce the workload of CEO
** Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
** Perform administrative duties such as: scheduling meetings and appointments,
** Assist Director with personal matters, such as arranging personal appointments, assisting children with rides and other personal errands and personal tasks so Director can focus efforts on company business
** A current and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to do errands as requested
** Possess excellent time-management skills, outstanding organizational skills, and problem solving skills
** Experienced with suite of Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
** Experience working in a high-paced, high energy environment that requires discretion, diplomacy, and judgment
** Once trained, provide informal trainings to others regarding their duties
** Service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
** Professional demeanor
