Some responsibilities include:
Development of systems, as needed * Bookkeeping * Development & tracking of company budgets and reporting * Financial analytics * Bank and Credit Card Statement Reconciliation and coding * Accounts receivables * Tracking client invoices Expense and Cancellation Payments. * Protecting operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential. * Benefits Administration General assistance to owners by processing mail, paperwork, arising fires, etc. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Providing reporting, tracking and analysis as needed by leadership * Monitor Expense Spending, cash flow tracking and trends.
