On-Call Manager for Home Care (Scottsdale, East Valley)
Some responsibilities include:
Industry Leader in non-medical home care is seeking healthcare professional who would like to supplement income by working from home.
Position consists of answering calls, from home, during non-business hours. Calls come from Clients, families , and caregivers. Such calls occasionally require On-Manager to go to the Client’s home or facility to meet care needs, start service,or introduce caregiver to client.
Selected candidates will be achievers who have:
Engaging,professional phone manner
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Passion to work with elderly client’s, their families and caregivers
Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow though
Ability to learn business model and explain to prospective clients
Answering incoming calls promptly and taking action
Going to homes of prospective clients to consult about services
Calling Caregivers to staff shifts for after business hours
Meeting Caregivers at residence of clients to introduce and review expectations
Providing care to clients as a fill-in for unexpected absence of caregivers
Documenting activists and reporting daily information to Agency
Attend weekly meetings at Agency
License/Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Caregiver, or a Med Tech
Minimum one year experience caring for the elderly
Fast, reliable transportation
Good Motor Vehicle Driving Rerecord
Clear National Background Check
Pay: $225 weekly
It is anticipated that the On-Call Manager will work not more than 20 hours per week and may work less.
