    Position: Inside Sales Representative, Full-time

    Location: North Atlanta, GA

    Position Summary:

    Seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to work as an important member of our client’s expanding sales team. This private-equity backed company has been experiencing double-digit growth over the past decade and continue to expand their business throughout the US. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a track record of building successful relationships through a consultative approach. This is an opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing, dynamic company. This position will offer the opportunity for advancement in an organization with a sales driven culture.

    Qualifications/ Competencies:

    This position will require an individual with poise, maturity and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of court personnel along with the following.

    1 to 2 years of proven inside sales experience
    Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    Strong listening and presentation skills
    Proficiency with web presentation tools (GoTo meeting, WebEx, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Proven ability to build rapport with prospective clients
    Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
    Ability to perform effective online demos to prospects
    Ability to research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in products and services
    Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    Ability to work within and thrive in a team environment
    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    Excellent sales activity documentation skills
    Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    Experience with comor similar CRM software


    Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
    Consistently closes sales and achieves quarterly quotas
    Conveys the company values effectively and identifies sales opportunities
    Ensures sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects to meet or exceed your monthly quota
    Maintains a detailed and up to date record of activities associated with leads
    Establishes themselves as a team player willing to share knowledge and assist teammates as needed

    Work Environment:

    Travel: Some travel within territory for trade shows

    Work from home: No

    Scheduled hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm – (Hours May Vary)

    Sales Focus : New Business Development

    Annual Salary : Base salary $55K plus commissions

    Training : 2 to 4 weeks in the Atlanta corporate office working with sales team plus sales training class.
