    Engagement Specialist for AbilTo, Inc in New York, NY

    Some responsibilities include:

    – Outreach to prospective members and engage them in a discussion around program benefits and enrollment
    – Adheres to established conversation guidelines to engage, connect, and educate prospective participants about program options and benefits
    – Schedules Initial Consultations, as appropriate
    – Utilizes AbilTo systems to update call history and participant Initial Consultation scheduling
    – Handles participant questions and objections
    – Handles participant call-backs (from voicemails)

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience:

    – Bachelors Degree
    3-5 years work experience in customer service/sales
    2-3 years work experience in inbound/outbound call center preferred but not required
    – Or
    Associates Degree or minimum 2 years college course work
    8+ years experience in customer service/sales in related field
    – 5+years experience inbound/outbound call center
