Automation Support Assistant for NCL Corporation in Miami, FL
Some responsibilities include:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service incoming calls from customers needing assistance navigating through NCL.COM, including creating online accounts resulting in a positive customer experience.
Reset Booked guests password requests.
Assist guests in accessing and completing their online check-in, electronic cruise documents, shore excursions and amenities.
Troubleshoot specific causes resulting in system issues for guests. Attempt to resolve all issues prior to escalating to the appropriate next level.
Demonstrate consistent effort to ensure satisfaction during all Guest interactions; includes demonstrating patience during the troubleshooting process.
Consistently use all required ASD call handling behaviors.
Adhere to all applicable department attendance, telephone adherence and metrics expectations.
Provide reservations support as needed.
Apply expected behavior to correct opportunities identified as a result of any quality related observations.
Exhibit team work, integrity, respect and participates toward a trusting work environment as outlined in the company values.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Computer and Internet knowledge required. Previous Call Center experience preferred.
