Bookkeeper for Reconciled It in Vermont
Some responsibilities include:
Reconciled It is a remote/online bookkeeping service based in Burlington, VT. We serve customers throughout Vermont and the USA.
We are looking to add a Bookkeeper who has a good understanding of accounting and is able to work from home/remotely (can be located anywhere in Vermont – but must be Vermont based).
Must be comfortable with Quickbooks Online (or at least familiar with the Desktop version). Must be professional, a self-starter, and be comfortable communicating with our business owner customers via e-mail and phone.
Must be able to handle bookkeeping for multiple companies at a time using online accounting software (the majority of our customer are on Quickbooks Online with the remainder in QB Desktop). Must be comfortable with learning new online software and comfortable using technology in general, including video chat software, email, spreadsheets, Google apps, etc.
