The hybris Solution Architect has one of the most critical roles for a project. The incumbent will participate in the overall strategy, standardization, analysis, design and implementation of a hybris client initiative. This key member of our team develops and communicates the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for a solution to the client and project team.

Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:

**Scope – requires intimate familiarity with the hybris features/requirements as defined in the statement of work. In most cases the SA will have written the statement of work and been responsible for owning the delivery of the estimate.

**Enforcing the coding standards (SDLC guidelines) – JavaDocs, Unit Tests; conducts code reviews.
** Oversees defining project tracks and leaders; assists the Project Manager in establishing team goals, objectives and budget.

**Broker loads via system and build load list and client list
**Building customer base and increasing sales
**Prepare bills of lading and other necessary paperwork to turn into to business manager

** Negotiating rates with customers and carriers professionally and follow up and coordinate between customers and carriers
**Handle heavy phone and email communications with customers and sales agents.
