    Reservation Sales and Service Associate for NAVIS in Orlando, FL 32819

    Some responsibilities include:

    The primary role of the Reservations Sales and Service Associate position is to contribute to the sales growth and profitability of NAVIS. This is accomplished by delivering high performance quality through booking guest reservations for NAVIS luxury clients. You be a key team member that will provide passionate delivery of world-class five-star services to potential guests seeking to book their vacations.

    This is a work-at-home position that will be based in the Orlando, Florida area.

    Call Efficiency:

    Effectively drive each call to maximize the number of calls per day.
    Maintain Average Handle Time (Talk Time +Wrap Time) based on overall Team average
    Maintain Hold Time based on overall Team average.

    Call Quality:

    Consistently meet client expectations on every call.
    Maintain a monthly score of 90% or above on luxury call scoring models.
    Consistently maintain NAVIS customer service expectations and client expectations by delivering an engaging interaction and friendly tone on each call.
    A maximum 6 errors per 12 month rolling period by referencing “Terms” on every call.

    ​Off-Line Activity:

    Consistently maintaining productivity between calls.
    Increase client product knowledge (area, specials, activities, terms, websites etc…) through Self Education.
    Maintain and stay current with client workshops and certifications.

    Team Performance:

    Build strong internal relationships by treating each team member with the same respect, courtesy and professionalism you would an external customer; all by meeting company objectives.
    Effective and positive communication with team members.
    Shift Punctuality and Attendance; willingness to assist as needed based on business needs (see NAVIS employee manual).
    Maintain positive attitude and willingness to proactively assist in any project. Regular team participation is expected.

    POSITION STATUS, HOURS & WAGE:

    These positions are Part-time, WORK-FROM-HOME (averaging 27.5 hours per week).
    Available schedules are staggered 24-hours per day, 7 days per week.
    Pay is $10.25 per hour + performance-based commissions & bonuses + an annual 10% bonus target. On average, pay ranges from $14.00/hr to $16.00/hr, depending on your overall performance and sales abilities (top performers earn up to $20.00+/hr).
    For those employees working Swing, Weekend, or Graveyard shifts, hourly rates will include varying shift differentials ($.50 to $1.00 additional hourly pay).

    PAID TRAINING:

    Mandatory training will be on-site at our offices in Orlando, Florida (in the Millennia Lakes area) for the first 4 weeks from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. The position will then transfer to your home-based office where all equipment will be provided by NAVIS. As a result, we are only seeking local candidates from the Orlando, FL area. We are not relocating employees for this position.
    Training will be paid at the $10.25 per hour base rate.
