    Notary Appointment Scheduler (Phoenix Area) We are a Nationwide Company seeking an experienced Notary Appointment Scheduler for a full-time position. We are looking for a Scheduling coordinator to join our nationwide company. Transitional training will be provided upon being hired.

    Job Description

    • Completing customer order requests
    • Confirming signing appointments
    • Track and preform updates to customer accounts with status’s
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
    • Quick thinker with must have patience (High level attention to detail)

    Job Qualification/Requirements:

    • Must be available to work Monday thru Friday
    • Detail oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & positive attitude
    • High school diploma or GED minimum education requirement
    • Must have clean record and pass a background check
    • You must have your own working personal computer & modem Internet connection with Ethernet port
    • You must have Minimum of 1 year previous experience as Notary Appointment Scheduler
    • Ability to work a full-time schedule from home without interruptions of loud pets or small children
    • Must have steady work history with previous employer (2 years’ min)
    • Must have excellent attendance and be reliable & punctual to work
    • Must have accurate data entry skills (40+ words per min)
    • Fluent in English with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Bi-lingual is a plus

    Compensation & Hours: $12.00 Per hour to start. This is a Full-Time Position 40 Hours Per/Week
