We need someone with the following qualifications:
-Great computer skills with knowledge in word, excel, outlook, google, and general computer knowledge.
-Professional writing skills and the ability to do very basic math with a calculator.
-Great communication skills over the phone and in person.
-Managing difficult or upset customers over the phone.
-Sales skills for incoming phone calls.
-Decision making ability, and analytical problem solving skills.
-Professional attitude.
-Adaptability to working both independently and as part of a team.
