Some responsibilities include:
You will help support the execution of our Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) strategies using analytics
· You and your team will partner with the service teams with the goal of increasing engagement, improving customer satisfaction and reducing Helpdesk calls
· You will develop expertise in designated business areas to provide “deep dive” analysis into metrics trends and anomalies, continually mining insights to drive product and operational improvements
· You will collaborate with others to report against initiatives by identifying key metrics and building/enhancing dashboards to track business progress and assess core initiatives
· You will serve as a thought leader for leadership to translate insights into actions and business priorities
