Some responsibilities include:

**Process customer orders while communicating all essential elements of the sales script to ensure exemplary customer service and call quality
**Extend specials to telephone customers
**Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
**Cross sell for maximum customer/company benefit
**Tactfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. guidelines
**Check inventory database and issue replacements and/or credit customers for damaged/defective merchandise
**Perform other duties as assigned

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5+ years experience
Processing and auditing of a biweekly payroll
Assist with quarterly and year end tax reconciliation review
Work with account manager as needed
An affinity for working with numbers, be trusted and solve problems

Some responsibilities include:

**Negotiating the designated minimum settlements
**Proper calculation of settlement payments
**Developing an expansive network of creditor contacts to aid in settlement
**Actively working settlements and execute orders using the company’s central database
**Making outbound and answering inbound calls between clients and creditors
**Responsible for overcoming objections when needed
**Works from the established Negotiations queue to settle client debts
**Responds to all questions and inquiries using procedures that fall within established quality control points and **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
**Applies critical thinking skills to determine appropriate solutions while overcoming obstacles to improve settlement rates

Some responsibilities include:

Description:
This position will take on more and more duties. We need someone who knows Excel. And we’re looking for someone who can take direction and run with it. This duties can be repetitive.

Pull reports in Fieldglass
Assist when someone is on PTO.
They need to be able to reach out to high level people and speak with professionalism.

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining spreadsheets
2. Sending Emails. Maintaining an email box.
3. Pulling reports

Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Excel – Advanced. Must have experience with pivot tables, Vlookups, We would like them to be tested. They need to pass the highest level of Excel testing.
2. Error resolution – when you see something is wrong or missing, we need someone who can fix the error.
3. Detail oriented.
