Ensure a positive Hertz customer experience by:

**Efficiently handling the phone calls to generate sales for you and Hertz
**Answering customer questions accurately regarding Hertz rates and services
**Overcoming objections and booking customer reservations.
**Utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities with Hertz customers.
**Contribute to center productivity by maintaining acceptable attendance, remaining signed in and being available to take calls.

Skills/Experience:

**Prior Sales experience preferably in a call center environment
**Exhibit a passion for obtaining the sale

**Must be able to type 25 wpm and have basic computer application skills

Some responsibilities include:

**Process customer orders while communicating all essential elements of the sales script to ensure exemplary customer service and call quality
**Extend specials to telephone customers
**Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
**Cross sell for maximum customer/company benefit
**Tactfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. guidelines

**Developing an expansive network of creditor contacts to aid in settlement
**Actively working settlements and execute orders using the company’s central database

**Works from the established Negotiations queue to settle client debts
**Responds to all questions and inquiries using procedures that fall within established quality control points and **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

Description:
This position will take on more and more duties. We need someone who knows Excel. And we’re looking for someone who can take direction and run with it. This duties can be repetitive.

Assist when someone is on PTO.
They need to be able to reach out to high level people and speak with professionalism.

1. Excel – Advanced. Must have experience with pivot tables, Vlookups, We would like them to be tested. They need to pass the highest level of Excel testing.
