We are looking for dependable people to fill our call center positions in our Akron and Green call centers, or our Work at Home Department.

Our Akron location is conveniently located at route 77 and 18 in the Fairlawn/Copley area and our Green location is just off 77 at the 241/Wales exit just 10 minutes north of the Strip.

InfoCision offers a variety of work options! We have four options for fundraising with no experience necessary!

Green Christian – As part of our Christian Call Center, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for Christian organizations and ministries. You will make a difference by raising funds to spread the Gospel, help the needy, and maintain Christian values. The organizations we work with provide support to thousands of people every day, and you can provide aid to these causes while you are at work! We also have an Overnight shift in this call center, during which we take inbound calls and verify phone calls made by others.

Green Political –As part of our Political Call Center, you will help raise funds for political leaders and spread the word about conservative causes. We also renew memberships for the National Rifle Association. We also do InTelaResponse work in our Political Center, where you will be listening to two calls and the same time, and pushing buttons on the computer that play a recorded response for them. Your day may include one or all three of these phone calls.

Fairlawn Non-Profit – As part of our Akron Non-Profit Call Center, you will work in a team environment focused on different fundraising organizations. You will be contacting people on behalf of various Non Profit organizations trying to gain support for worthy causes.

Work at Home –As part of our Work at Home Call Center, you will work from the convenience of your home to raise money or recruit volunteers for worthwhile organizations. If you have mobility issues that make it difficult for you to work outside the home, are a stay-at-home parent, live far from our locations or if you simply want to have a flexible schedule, InfoCision’s Work-at-Home program is what you’ve been looking for. No telemarketing experience is necessary.

We also have several Commercial centers offering a variety of sales work in a professional call center environment without outside sales!

Green Media – As part of our Media Call Center, you will be working in an exciting Sales-oriented environment. The majority of your day, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls for some of our nation’s most successful Fortune 100 companies. There is a variety of work that makes every day exciting and interesting. We’re looking for individuals who have great attitudes and share this same commitment for quality. Provide coding support for facility backlogs, staffing coverage, and coverage for system upgrade transitions
Comply with established facility policies and procedures
Adhere to applicable federal, state, local, and private requirements, policies, and procedures
Assure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of coded data
Remain current and knowledgeable regarding code and DRG assignment updates and changes
Code all inpatient records with an accuracy of 95% or greater

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or GED
Associate’s (RHIT) or Bachelor’s (RHIA) degree in Health Information or formalized inpatient coding training
CCS certification
2+ years of experience with inpatient MS-DRG/APR-DRG acute-care facility coding
Working knowledge of ICD-9/10 coding
Solid understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial provider reimbursement methodologies for hospital chart documentation
Encoder experience (a plus)

Experienced Interpreter: This is an advanced position that with a preference for candidates with professional experience, verifiable interpretation training

I. General Summary of the Position:

The Dari Telephone Interpreter is responsible for handling calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of Dari and English. She/he processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is professional and courteous at all times. The Dari interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understands common industry procedures and practices. The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in the following fields: Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, and 911, Law Enforcement, Court, and General Business.

Location:
A work from home Dari Telephone Interpreter works from his/her home-office. It is essential to ensure a quiet & secure environment. Note pads and writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries are useful tools. The Dari interpreter must have a dedicated landline or VoIP and head-set and telephone.

II. Major Responsibilities and Principal Accountabilities:

Renders correct concepts and meanings between Dari and English following complexity, clarity, tone, and style from one language into another, upholding the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages
Provides strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation, and is prepared for challenging calls at any time
Employs good customer service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, pleasant and professional voice as well as polite forms of expressions
Follows instructions of clients, manage the flow of the call and avoid taking over the call, as well as avoids interaction with the limited English speaker person w/o client’s permission
Understands protocol and terminology in the following industries: Medical, Insurance, Finance, Court and Law
Remains calm during calls in the event that one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations
Remains punctual and available during scheduled work hours
Ensures access to the Internet for work related electronic communication

OPEN UNTIL FILLED — EEO/AA

Qualifications

Native Fluency in Dari and English
Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of both Dari and English
Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of industry-specific terminology; on-going study of glossaries and training materials including scripts provided by our clients
Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective at all times
Ability to follow client’s instructions closely
Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client
Completion of High school education
Education in languages/translation/interpretation or related fields preferred, but not required

Commercial Real Estate Appraisal firm is looking for a detail-oriented person who is good at researching and investigating. This person is able to retrieve the desired information often when it is not readily available. The position requires good interpersonal skills as well as intuition to be able to retrieve very specific data. A “people person” is required, as you will be communicating with all types: owners/brokers/tenants/buyers/sellers. The work varies and often changes each task. It could include online research to phone calls to field work. It often includes navigating government agencies and researching municipal records.
The position is a “work at home” & “work in field” job with some occasional partial days required in our Westchester office. The average ratio of field/home work is 50/50. This is part-time 1099 position, hours will vary, but you must be available during normal business hours and be able to commit to entire days when required. Must be willing to travel throughout Long Island, NYC and the Hudson Valley.
The ideal candidate would be a former police officer/detective with good people skills, sense of humor and the ability to persevere. Basic computer skills required. Real estate experience/knowledge a plus but not required (will train).
