Virtual Receptionist for Thrive Therapy in Fort Myers, FL
Some responsibilities include:
Thrive Therapy is in need of a virtual receptionist (work from home) that is highly motivated and has experience in the healthcare profession. This position is paid per minute at a rate of $.75 – $1.00 per minute. The hours of operation for the office are 8:30am – 6pm Eastern Standard Time. The virtual receptionist must be available to answer the phone during this time frame.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
– Answering incoming phone calls
– Scheduling clients
– Returning phone calls as needed
– Enforcing the office cancellation policy
– Maintaining a confidential workspace at home
– Maintaining contact with office personnel through online forum
Candidate has to be organized, precise, empathetic, timely and have good telephone skills.
