Responsibilities

Receive inbound customer service calls
Assist existing customers with product questions
Offer technical support to help customers navigate tax software

Requirements

Position is entry level
1 year experience with technical or product support is preferred, but not required
Background check is required
Must have landline, computer monitor, keyboard and mouse
Mac mini and webcam will be provided

Pay Rate

$10.00 per hour
Overtime available

Monthly contests and incentives offered
$50 Sign-On Bonus upon 30 day completion period

Shift Details

1st and 2nd shift
Start times vary for the two shifts
