Small transcription company needs transcriptionist for television post-production work.
Transcriptionist will work at home using their own computer to prepare verbatim transcripts from video files made by various Hollywood production companies.
Potential candidate should be open minded with no concerns about colorful language or alternative lifestyles as the content of the video files are unedited.
Minimum requirements include a typing speed of 45-55 wpm and at least 1 year of recent experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and/or similar word processor programs.
Transcription experience is a plus.
Must be reliable and detail oriented. Part time, full time, and temporary work available.
COMPENSATION
Work for transcripts are paid for by-the-minute and are as follows:
(interviewer does NOT qualify as a interview subject)
-75¢ per minute for single subject interviews.
-80¢ per minute for interview that contain 2-3 subjects.
-85¢ per minute for interviews that contain 4 subjects.
-85¢ + 5¢ per minute, per subject for all interviews containing 5 or more subjects.Please email resumes to John Smith
