Customer Service Representative – Part-time Work at Home

Some responsibilities include:

Role Summary/Purpose: We are looking for Customer Service professionals to join GE Appliances. Our Core Team professionals provide world class customer experiences for our Area Sales Managers (Outside Sales Representatives) and our customers by taking incoming calls, processing orders and completing the order/delivery process. This is a part-time work at home opportunity (19 hours per week). This position does not qualify for benefits.

Essential Responsibilities:

Process retail and contract customer orders for GE Appliances; support Specialty Teams as needed.
Work with ASM’s (Field Sales Reps), Customers, Logistics and SDS’s to ensure smooth deliveries to all accounts.
Research, troubleshoot and/or analyze customer issues and bring to resolution.
Handle incoming team calls, review website data, manage emails and release diverted orders for the teams.
Provide customer information on product availability, delivery, billing and finance processes.
Provide customer education on product features and specifications.
Be able to maintain a work schedule during the hours of 9:00am – 8:30pm Monday-Friday.
Be able to attend a 6 (six) week training class upon being hired during the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Live the Louisville, KY metro area. Customer Service Representatives will be required to attend training and periodic meetings in GE Appliances’ Forum office.
