Job Description: You will be answering e-mail and phone questions from customers in a professional, friendly and timely manner. We are looking for someone who can think like a customer — and help them succeed in setting up or giving to a honeyfund. This is the most important job in our company!
Major responsibilities of the job (time spent):
Answer inbound customer service e-mails by responding via e-mail or telephone. (60%)
Take inbound phone calls from customers. (30%)
Manage e-mail inboxes by following up and resolving old issues. (10%)
Other tasks (10%)Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5 hours per day and Sunday 5 hours. Work from home. This is a moderately supervised position. There is no supervisory responsibility with this position.
