Process resource requests and subscriptions
Process donations and payments
Communicate Focus orthodoxy using proto responses with personalization
Communicate in complex emotional situations

Working Environment/Physical Requirements:

– Ability to work night and weekend shifts
– Ability to speak, hear and see clearly, will be on the telephone the duration of the daily shift
