Senior Living Sales Advisor for in Phoenix, AZ

Some responsibilities include:


– Deliver results and meet sales goals & quotas
– Manage calls; actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
– Assess information quickly, make recommendations, and find solutions
– Exceptionally well spoken; can speak with conviction and confidence
– Genuine interest and concern for consumers and providers
– Technical abilities include Google documents; CRM experience helpful
– Self Motivated; seeks feedback to improve
– Ability to make and take a volume of phone calls as well as email
– Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-task skills
– Accountable for performance on the move-ins generated from leads


– MUST LIVE in Arizona, Idaho, or Florida
– Must pass a background check
– Must be eligible to work in US. No visa sponsorship.
– Must be able to attend 1 week on-site paid training in the San Mateo, CA
– Various work from home schedules (but all require working at least 1 weekend day and a 32 – 40 hour minimum commitment)


Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
