Nurses (RN/LPN/LVN) Wanted in Baltimore Area

Duties Include:
– work from home as an independent contractor
– answer inbound calls from patients, make outbound callbacks to patients
– read a pre-written script and ask scripted medical qualifier questions
– complete client-required training
– accurately enter data into the computer system

Requirements Include:
– Minimum 4 year degree, Active, clear RN/LPN licensed nurse preferred, but other health sciences/healthcare also considered including biotech scientist, RPh/PharmD/pharmacist, Doctor/MD, Foreign Medical Doctor, Physician’s Assistant/PA, PhD or similar licensed medical professional
– US-based credentials required — either medical license or education
– Hours required are between 30 and 40 hours per week (in 1 hour increments or greater) during some portion of the week (Monday — Friday) between 9am and 8pm Eastern time

In addition, for this position you must:
– have above average computer skills
– have a computer with Broadband Internet Access (*HSIA is NOT provided or reimbursed by the company)
– have traditional Landline phone service (corded phone and HSIA) (*No VOIP, Satellite or Magic Jack)
– be comfortable understanding and pronouncing complex medical terms
– have excellent patient interaction skills
– have excellent customer service skills
– be exceptionally diligent and reliable
– have a quiet, professional in-home workspace
– be able to work independently
– have better than average typing skills
– have ability to work within a virtual team environment
– be available for live mock training during daytime hours
– be fluent in written and spoken English language; Spanish or French a plus but not required
– have clear and enunciated speaking voice, as well as great phone etiquette
