Paralegal for Stefan Coleman PLLC
Some responsibilities include:
Plaintiff-side consumer class action law firm with offices in NY, NJ, and FL and that files cases all over the country is currently seeking an experienced litigation associate to work remotely for the firm handling TCPA cases. Primary responsibilities are to manage day-to-day litigation case load, advanced legal research and writing, propounding and analyzing discovery, court appearances, and negotiating/drafting settlement agreements.
You can work from home or remotely. We are looking for the best and brightest candidate and you are not limited to your geography.
We’re looking for a go-getter with a strong work ethic, focus, investigative eye, ability to put a deal together, and the ability to go up against the best and brightest defense counsel in high-stakes litigation on a daily basis. Organization and attention to detail are a must. Most importantly, you must enjoy researching and writing since this is the majority of the day-to-day work.
