The Crossroads Group, Inc., an organizational development survey firm, is seeking a part-time phone interviewer with expertise in Hawaiian Pidgin dialect and culture. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong phone presence and professional communication skills who have an understanding of Hawaii’s unique cultural context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting customer interviews with individuals in Hawaii
  • Utilizing knowledge of the Hawaiian Pidgin dialect and culture during interviews
  • Demonstrating professional communication and high ethical standards
  • Maintaining good English grammar and spelling
  • Some translation work may be required

Position Details:

  • Pay: $20/hour (output-based)
  • Type: Part-time, contract-based
  • Schedule: Flexible, work from home
  • Training: Some project-specific training provided

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in phone surveys, customer service, or translation
  • Education: Associate degree required
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Pidgin English (Hawaii) and standard English
