The Work You Do
The Elite Brand Ambassador assists customers via phone and email, assisting customers with questions across all of Chanel’s lines (fragrance and beauty; fashion, eyewear, watches & jewelry) and facilitating purchases.
The Elite Brand Ambassador is dedicated exclusively to the Chanel customer service program and is responsible for providing an amazing customer experience for Chanel’s customers via phone and email.

The Elite Brand Ambassador will assist Chanel’s customers with all aspects of customer service including the placement of orders, general customer service assistance and escalated issues across three lines of business: Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry.

The Elite Brand Ambassador will utilize a variety of resources and information to assist customers in a courteous and professional manner that supports Chanel’s brand standards and goal of providing world-class customer service to their customers. This position is available in Illinois and Texas and candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Dallas. Although Elite Brand Ambassadors work from secure home offices, mandatory training at Chanel boutiques and training facilities is conducted throughout the year

Position Summary:

Working from our office in Columbia, MD, the Enrollment Associate I’s primary responsibilities are to assist the Enrollment Team by accurately and efficiently reviewing student enrollment documentation.

This position requires verification of enrollment information into Connections Education’s education management system (Connexus®). The Associate communicates with families regarding missing or incomplete enrollment data and answers parent inquiries. Other responsibilities include the maintenance of enrollment data and assisting with the saving, uploading, and scanning of enrollment documentation as needed.

This position is integral to the success of the Enrollment Team. The Associate will work with the Enrollment Team to provide the most accurate and timely turnaround of enrollment data verification.

A successful candidate will remain current on regulations and requirements for all states in addition to state and federal guidelines related to student data and school specific deadlines. The Enrollment Department is the critical first connection between Connections Academy and our families, and it is essential that the Enrollment Associate, as a member of the Enrollment Team, provide the necessary level of support to meet our goals.

Responsibilities:

– Accurate processing of enrollment documentation within 48 business hours of receipt;
– Communicate with families that are missing vital application data and follow up to ensure the delivery of these documents;
– Assist Enrollment Project Manager with naming, saving, uploading and scanning of enrollment documents;
– Work with site-based staff (e.g., School Administrative Assistants) to coordinate data collection and key enrollment processes;
– Assist Enrollment Supervisor in EMS record maintenance, as needed;
– Maintain accuracy of student records/data in accordance with all regulatory requirements; and
– Other duties as assigned.

The pay rate of $20.00–$30.00 per item varies based on item type and the project. The Mathematics Item Writer position is a work-at-home position only.

Responsibilities:

* Write original and unique mathematics assessment items for a variety of WestEd projects. Item types may include selected response, open ended, performance event, free response, and/or technology enhanced. Strong consideration will be given to applicants with experience in writing technology-enhanced items. Ensure that items meet WestEd writing guidelines and specifications as well as project-specific guidelines. Create all required metadata fields associated with each item written.
* Create scoring materials for rubric-scored item types.
* Develop a deep understanding of provided project materials (standards, item specifications, style guides, etc.).
* Work collaboratively with content leads and coordinators assigned to projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in mathematics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
* Teaching experience or a background in the application of mathematics content in other settings
* Demonstrated expertise with mathematics content, specifically for grades 3–high school, and the ability to apply expertise in unique contexts
* Working knowledge of rigorous college- and career-ready state standards or the Common Core State Standards for mathematics
* Item writing experience
* Ability to follow detailed rules/guidelines for writing items to be used in large-scale assessments
* Experience writing technology-enhanced items (preferred, but not required)
* Excellent writing skills
* Ability to meet regular deadlines
