Some responsibilities include:
arent Partners provide home based case management and support services to families. Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, the Parent Partner provides regular home visit support, training, coaching, resource and referral, linkages to services to assigned families, largely in the families’ home or community. Additional responsibilities include completion of required documentation and attendance at required meetings.
Must meet the minimum requirements for Medi-Cal billing (i.e. completed a minimum of 15 college units in related field and 4 years of Mental Health experience OR a Bachelor’s Degee and 2 years of Mental Health experience.)
1-2 years’ experience with families and children.
Knowledge of local community resources.
Experience with culturally diverse populations.
Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
