User Experience Researcher (Voice and chat) for VoxGen in New York, NY
Some responsibilities include:
We’re looking for part-time User Experience (UX) Researcher who can help us in creating and optimizing best-in-class IVR, voice and cross-channel user experiences. If you’re interested in joining a world-class team, working with some of the biggest brands on the planet to help make customer interactions natural and engaging – we want to hear from you! The role be based in NYC or at our Orlando Headquarters. Work from home in other areas within the USA will also be considered based on skills and experience. This is a part time role – 24 hours a week over 3-5 days.
We’re looking for candidates with:3+ years of User Experience Research/User Research;
Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, presenting, team work;
Experience of planning, scoping, facilitating and conducting user research throughout the project lifecycle;
Advocacy for the end user and with experience in moderating usability evaluations;
Some experience in other user research methodologies such as contextual inquiry, surveys, interviews, ethnography, baselining, competitor reviews, expert review;
Ability to translate user research findings into actionable insights and recommendations;
Experience in documenting and communicating user research findings;
Experience of coordinating participant recruitment and liaising with third party participant recruitment agencies;
Graduate qualification in Psychology / Cognitive Sciences, Human Factors / HCI, or related discipline. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered;Desirable::
Experience in evaluating voice user experiences and/or chat interfaces;
Experience in client management for user experience research projects;
Experience in producing a range of UX documentation e.g. research briefs, participant recruitment screeners, customer journey maps, personas;In addition to a competitive salary, the position will offer an attractive employee benefits package.
