Some responsibilities include:
Growing Award Winning Organization is expanding and is seeking 40+ experienced Certified Technical Support Representatives to work remotely from home.
Qualified candidates must be certified, well versed in resolving all common computer problems including viruses, malware, slow performance, errors, email client set up, software installation and configuration, wireless networks and peripheral problems.
Positions are full time, $14 per hour.
MUST HAVES:
MUST have at least one technical Certification
Strong Communication Skills
2 YEARS TECH SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
HS DIPLOMA OR GED
QUIET AT HOME WORK ENVIRONMENTIMPORTANT INFORMATION
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one IT Certification;
MSDT, A+, NET+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNPCandidates Without Certification will not be considered for this position
