Outbound Appointment Setter
Some responsibilities include:
Successful and growing service company is looking for a phone-based appointment setter to work from home, 8am — 4pm PST Monday – Friday. You will be calling warm leads daily, and read from a provided script to arrange appointments for our sales closer.
The appointments you set are called marketing strategy sessions — which occur on the phone for 15-20 minutes between the prospect and our sales closers. You will NOT have to ask for, nor collect money.
This position provides 1099 income. The pay is $500 a week, plus a $100 bonus for each successful strategy session that results in a closed sale. This $100 per close may amount to an additional $200 – $500 per week for a successful appointment setter.
Payment is made weekly by ACH deposit.
A quality appointment setter who sticks with the script can make $2,000 per month compensation plus $800 – $2,000 per month in commissions.
1) Must have 1+ year(s) prior phone experience and an unlimited calling plan.
2) Be adept at dealing with “gatekeepers”.
3) Be professional while tenacious.
4) Need no babysitting. Be capable of smiling and dialing no matter what happens.
5) Most importantly: be FEARLESS and able to control the phone situation, not become “friends” with prospects or show weakness. You must be able to call prospects on the carpet if they play games, and demonstrate knowledge and confidence in order to successfully set valid appointments that the prospect will actually show up to, not “no show”.
Additionally, this opportunity affords growth and income potential in about a year’s time. We will train the right appointment setter to pitch and close appointments made by others. This transition will reduce hours and increase income to $2,500 to $5,000 per week.
