Some responsibilities include:
Participate as a member of the Indiana Network Team and IT staff. The IT mission is to support business innovation through the appropriate application of technology while still providing technical focus to support our operational areas.
Develop, test, and maintain ANSI EDI maps and processes using Sybase Ecmap and Ecgateway software.
Maintain knowledge of current EDI technologies and best practices
Learn new languages and platforms quickly
Internal and External Customers: Internal customers are all SHN/Cigna departments and external customers are third party administrators and clearing houses. The scope of contact can be very in-depth to understand their needs and identify appropriate process changes or business application improvements that will solve their operational problems and/or increase productivity
