Job Description:
– Ensure that claims are processed consistently and properly evaluate and process Cancer, Supplemental Medical and/or Disability claims according to specific insurance laws, state mandates and plan revisions and limitations
– Excellent verbal/written communication skills to internal and external customers in a positive manner
– Obtain and maintain call flow certifications
– Act as a direct contact and communicate with customers and medical providers and assist them with direction in all facets of insurance coverage and needs (heavy customer service)Job Requirements:
– 10-key skills required

– Ability to be flexible in work schedule, including working OT as needed
