Remote and some in-office training required in our Millersville, MD location

Detailed Job Description:
The primary functions of a Lead Customer Support Agent are to (1) handle inbound and outbound calls to and from prospects, existing customers and our own Consultants and (2) manage the Primary Agent’s (Agent who is first on the phones) work. Your objectives are to qualify sales leads and ultimately set in-home appointments with homeowners as well as manage the work of the Primary Agent and ensure they have all the information they need to perform their job well. The Primary Agent is first on the phones while the Lead Agent acts as back up and assists answering the phones as needed. At Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet, we leverage virtual call center technology, to enable our agents to work remotely from their homes. You will not make cold calls. There will be some administrative duties to fulfill as well.
