Customer Service / Sales Rep for SimpleNerds in Orange County, CA

Some responsibilities include:

We currently have a job opening for a work-at-home Customer Sales Representative. If you work well over the phone and can multi-task with emails and calls from customers, then we might have the perfect job for you. We provide website design services (SimpleNerds.com) and need help selling websites over the phone.

Part Time: 12pm – 4pm PST M-F
$15 to $18 hour after commission ($10 base pay)

– You MUST have patience and work well with customers over the phone.
– It is important that you are EXTREMELY reliable, proactive, and can manage incoming calls and emails.

Tasks
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails, describe our services to customers
– Nurture many leads at a time. Schedule calls with leads, email them in a timely manner
– Help customers will billing issues, take orders over the phone

Requirements
– Must be energetic over the phone, show customers why we are their best choice
– Be patient with customers. Some of them are not tech savvy, or may get frustrated easily. You must be good on the phone and able to ease their concerns.
– Organization is important. You will manage lots of emails and phone calls.
– Past Sales experience and past CRM use a must (such as Salesforce)
– Have quiet home setup
